Defensores de Belgrano are a football club from the Belgrano district in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They currently play in Primera B Metropolitana, which is the regionalised third tier of the Argentine Football Association.

The club have not played in the top flight of Argentine football since the professional era begun, although they did spend a number of seasons in the Primera during the Amateur era before 1931.
