Deborah Carroll (born December 10, 1961, in north Wales) is a British nanny with over twenty years of experience.[1]

Deborah was spoofed on a 2005 comic episode of the webcomic The Little Wolf and the Bad Little Girl entitled "Jane Hates Nannies."

Deborah is currently featured in the FOX reality television show Nanny 911. She is also the co-author of "Nanny 911: Expert Advice for All Your Parenting Emergencies."
