can a person who is deceased last staements be used against him by a roomate.. for example like a roomate states that the deceased left all their belongsing to them. also, then this person takes it to the next level of going to law enforcement because the person who is deceased was under EXECUTIVE ORDER #12958 SIGN UNDER PRESIDENT WILLIAM J. CLINTON AND AMENDED BY PRESIDENT W.J. BUSH. THIS DECEASED PERSON HAD ABOUT$10,000.00 IN US SAVINGS BONDS AND NOW ARE FAMILY IS IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT DAILY. THANK YOU
