Dean Roland (born October 10, 1972) is the rhythm guitarist of the band Collective Soul. He is the younger brother of the band front man Ed Roland. Dean was the third out of four children. He co-wrote the Collective Soul songs "Slow" and "Compliment" on their album Dosage, along with his older brother Ed.
He also has a new start-up company called Sneaky Sunday. The company provides recommendations for the best restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, shopping and entertainment in over 90 cities throughout the U.S.
