Dean Parks

Dean Parks is a leading studio musician and guitarist from Los Angeles, California, best-known through his many contributions to albums by Steely Dan. Notably he played guitar on the Royal Scam track Haitian Divorce which features a Talkbox to produce a chicken clucking sound. He was married to fellow musician Carol Parks, and together they have two daughters, Acacia and Amanda.
Parks has written songs and music for The Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation (with then wife Carol), Bowfinger, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Big Bounce , Dreamer: Inspired by a True Story, and Letting Go, a series of songs by Cat Beach
