Fair use rationale: This logo originates from a sponsor image of the Montgomery Couunty (Maryland) Agricultural Fair because an adequate quality capturable image could not be located on DC101's official site, which renders the logo only in Flash. Per Wikipedia:Logos, this is a copyrighted logo of the Washington DC radio station DC101/WWDC-FM, used in the WWDC (FM) article to provide a valuable, recognizable image identifying—but not promoting—this particular radio station in a neutral POV manner.
