Doug Bulleit began his career as a lighting designer at Heery Architects and Engineers in Atlanta GA. Before and during his early years at Heery, he studied electrical engineering and inforamtion systems at Purdue and Georgia Tech respectivley. He eventually passed the state board exams with fying colors and became a registered engineer in 10 states. Later, he completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate Scholl of Business as well as the Management of Technology Program at MIT's Sloane Business school.

Mr Bulleit went on to win numerous awards in his field and was named a Senior Partner in the Heery firm (perennialy the largest in the South and a world leader) at the tender age of 27. He went on to build Heery Energy Consultants - a true pioneer in the area of demand-side conservation side of the problem.

In the early 1980's, Mr Bulleit formed a collation of leading energy, telecommunication, banking, information, entertainment and other mass amrket companies around it's TransntexT advanced nergy management concept.

Like many "disruptive technologies", x.25-based TranstexT technology turned out to be a few years too early. But, it's Interent Protocol (IP) successors were a differnt story. Mr Bulleit went from there to the post of BellSouth Corporation's Chief Strategist.

Upon BellSouth's merger with AT&T, Mr Bulleit formed a new compny -- DCS -- focusing upon more sophisiticated aproached to Consumer Driven Health pln strategies.
