Template talk:Db-g3

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This appears to be another well-intentioned but ultimately not very useful MediaWiki: page. Firstly metadata about an article should not be in the article itself - e.g. it would be very odd to see this vandalism message in a fork of Wikipedia which does not allow editing! So please use it in the talk: namespace only. Also, couldn't a vandal simply remove it? Or are they too thick? Pete/Pcb21 (talk) 23:59, 25 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Agreed. This page is useless and should be removed.--Eloquence* 23:54, Apr 27, 2004 (UTC)

I've blanked this, due largely to the stupid mentioned above. Snowspinner 17:49, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

That didn't last, now it is a shortcut to a {{db}} variant. --WCQuidditch 12:14, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Sesame Street is brought to you by the letter G.

Why is this listed under the letter G in the template category Speedy_deletion_templates? --Gbleem 12:52, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

It's sorted under G because it's CSD criterion G3; see WP:CSD. Quarl (talk) 2007-03-07 07:04Z
