Dayton Ballpark Village

Dayton Ballpark Village is a 300,000-square-foot planned complex in Dayton, Ohio. This Village will be located in Downtown Dayton right across from Fifth Third Field and Tech Town. Mandalay Entertainment Group, owner of the Dayton Dragons showed their plan to the city council of Dayton in 2006, and the outcome of the park will be announced in late August of 2007. If the park plans go through then this will help the ongoing movement to restore Downtown Dayton. This will also bring more jobs into the city. This plan cost around 230 million dollars and will be used for entertainment, retail, office and housing.
