Dax Moy, born 20 September 1970 is a British born performance coach and personal trainer with several personal training studios in the UK.
Voted one of the UK's top fitness experts, Dax has written for and been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue, Glamour, Company, Cosmopolitan, Womens Own, Woman, Healthy, Health and Fitness, Mens Fitness, Mens Health, The Evening Standard, The New Your Times, The Washington Post and others.
Dax has also been a regular guest expert on many daytime shows such as CNN news, BBC World News, This Morning, You are what You Eat, BBC1's Diet Trials and well as writing and appearing in Channel 4's production of The Michelle McManus Lifeplan.
Dax is the Author of several books on subjects as diverse as fat loss and health to business and marketing best practice for personal trainers and is a regular speaker at personal training conferences around the world.
Dax is married with 4 children in lives in London, England.
