Dawn Ostroff (born 1960) is President of Entertainment of The CW Television Network. She is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

Ostroff served as President of UPN Entertainment from February 11, 2002 until 2006. Prior to this she was Executive Vice President of Lifetime Television from 1999 . Ostroff had joined Lifetime Television in October 1996 as Senior Vice President, Programming and Production.

She now lives with 4 kids, two dogs, and a husband.
