Upon further examination I found two instances of you both editing at the same time. First on 11 April at 15:20 to WP Ireland. Here and here. Both to the same project and supporting each other in a discussion leads me to still conclude this is the same person. The second were at 11 April 15:22 here and then these two here and here. Again, I still believe you are the same person so the block stands.
