[edit] Hello Mike,
I'm new to this but can you explain to me why you see www.davidbisbalbrowser.com as spam? It's not commercial,I don't earn money with it or something. It's like a portal with a lot of links to (existing) websites about the singer. Have you seen the browser itself? (it's a whole new technology that will become more and more known in future). Maybe you can go to the website of Swoot (they developed this technology) www.swoot.com and see what I mean (the David Bisbal browser is mentioned under "showbizz"). I hope you will reconsider the deletion.
Thanks for reading my message. David Bisbal browser (talk) 14:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- This url was spammed across several wikis, and per WP:EL does not appear to be an appropriate link for this wiki. Revert if you think otherwise. I should also point out that your username matches the url :\ – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 18:15, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
My username matches the url, that's right....I've tried my own name first but that was already in use so I used this name (not very resourceful, I know, but now harm inteded). As for the several wikis, that's true also; I did that because the browsers links to all sorts of websites about David Bisbal in all sorts of languages. About WP:EL I don't know what is meant by an article lock, but you can compare the plugin that is needed for the browser with for example a website which uses a flashplayer, if people haven't got the software for this they need to download it to see the flashplayer. I hope this explanation will clarify things, if not please let me know. Storm (talk) 09:34, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
