This picture (the digital version) is copyrighted and owned by Wheaton College. The original image, _may_ be in the public domain, but hte digital version, per current copyright law _is_ not.
If there is continued changing of the information relating to this photo I will seek to have it removed by Wikipedia staff.
I would welcome discussing this matter more fully with those interested.

- I just noticed you addressed the issue over the photos here. With respect, may I draw your attention to Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp. (also discussed here and here), which actually states the opposite: "Slavish copying" (court term), such as scanning a public domain photograph, would not introduce the level of originality/creativity required to create a new copyright. Thus the scanned reproduction would remain in the public domain. --Bobak 22:24, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
