[edit] Deletion
Dave, it's not acceptable for you to interfere with an ongoing deletion by simply iradicating other user's comments, as you did in this edit. You must not do this. If you want the article to be kept, you need to make a cogent, coherent argument on the deletion-discussion page. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 11:09, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
This was not done to "interfere." I made the changes and thought it was standard to delete the issue once the instructed problems were repaired. User- Davehart

[edit] Blocked
The image Image:Miraclemat.jpg is clearly intended as an obscene personal attack. In addition to your spamming, your vandalism with an ongoing deletion process, and your personal attacks on that deletion page, this really is going to far. You're blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 12:09, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
==Understood== I understand you blocking me. It was not nice to send that pic to him but he slandered me on the deletion page, clearly violating WIKI's rules. This entire thing really sucks. I was a genuine WIKI and proud of it and some (not you) of the WIKI editors had to be rude. It's too bad.
Please unblock me Finlay McWalter. I will not do anything like that again. I realise what I did was wrong. I wish to be forgiven and if I am unblocke3d the first thing I will do is to removed the image that I should not have uploaded in the first place. I will also stay out of the deletion process. I promise.
Mr. Finlay McWalter, please unblock me. It is killing me that I cannot contribute to Wikipedia with my vast knowledge of the world of which we live in. Please, please unblock me. I have a vast array of information to which Wikipedia and its visitors should be able to view by by sharing it. I have 19 years of life that I have lived and need to add to pages of already existing knowledge. I feel really bad for uploading that picture but it was of an accidental nature and it won't happen again. Please Finlay McWalter unblock me without my having to beg. When you do I will send a big thank you to you to show my unpresidented appreciation. Steve
==I AM BEGGING== Please Mr. Finlay McWalter, unblock me today if you will. I need to do some updates to a page that I started a while back. I also would like to continue to add my 10 cents to other pages as I try to help to contribute to Wikipedia. I am a Wikipedian that has had my lifeline cut off. Please reattach my Wikipedia lifeline. Please Mr. Finlay McWalter. DO what is in your heart.
If you want to be unblocked, you'll have to use the {{unblock}} tag, otherwise no one will notice (I'm here mostly by accident). --Calton | Talk 00:58, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Yellow logo C&R GIF.gif)
Thanks for uploading Image:Yellow logo C&R GIF.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr.) 18:16, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Missing images / where did they go?
Does anyone know where the images on the Rysty York page went??? All of the images where under free license and tagged properly.
[edit] UFO's
Appearantly there is a large cover up by a couple of people for the existance of Unidientified Flying Objects (UFO.)

[edit] Helping out with the Unassessed Wikipedia Biographies
Seeing that you are an active member of the WikiBiography Project, I was wondering if you would help lend a hand in helping us clear out the amount of unassessed articles tagged with {{WPBiography}}. Many of them are of stub and start class, but a few are of B or A caliber. Getting a simple assessment rating can help us start moving many of these biographies to a higher quality article. Thank you! --Ozgod 20:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Certainly, I will start helping right away.--davehart 3:44, 26 February 2007 (est)

Congratulations to our 225 new members |
The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below) We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future. This is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue. Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned or post news on the next issue's talk page
Lastly, a new WikiProject Biography channel has been set up on the freenode network: Our thanks to Phoenix 15 for setting it up.
