David, you have chosen as your first edit to add the name and title "Alfred Cordon (19th Century Mormon Minister)" to the article on Stoke-on-Trent. Why? I feel certain that very few readers will know who he is, nor why his name should be linked with the city? If he is important anywhere, even in Stoke, Wikipedia needs an article about him.
