Hi, my name is David Gruder and I am a long-time user of and anonymous contributor to Wikipedia. I hope to be of some use to the Wikipedia project by contributing information to which I am privy and in which I specialize and by performing minor tasks such as edits and clean-ups et al. I am very interested in information science especially in the context of digital information technology and the Internet. I hope that my interest in the organization and effective communication of information can prove useful here at en.wikipedia.org.

The purpose of this userpage is primarily to serve as a convenient area for me to experiment with and learn the use of wikipedia script and formatting and other standards.
