For years, I was a passive user of Wikipedia and even a vandal. I soon felt guilty, however, after reading Wikinomics (and its blog) and learning how Wikipedia is an exemplar of emergence. I am fairly young and have always lived in the Bay Area. I am interested in everything, from computer programming to world politics to astronomy. Feel free to correct (or chastise) me for any naive mistakes. I do take Wikipedia very seriously, though, and I hope to revise grammar, ensure neutrality, and add material. I am also interested in contributing to the baseball section, specifically to sabermetrics, and everything involved with the analytical side of America's pastime. I'd also be interested in contributing to World War I, World War II, the ACLU, or the Democratic Party.
