[edit] Commemorative medal?

I removed a reference to a Meritorious Service medal because (a) it was uncited, and (b) Hutcheon's name is not found when you search the honouree list at http://www.gg.ca/honours/. I'm not saying he wasn't awarded such a medal, but there seems to be no proof of it. 206.248.158.187 19:56, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
