This person seems to have two spellings of his last name. A Google search for "David Brearley" constitution gives 17,500 hits. A Google search for "David Brearly" constitution gives 930 hits. So, I'm going with Brearley. --JW1805 (Talk) 05:38, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

His gravestone in our cemetary (St. Michael's Church, Trenton, NJ) is spelled "Brearley". I'll check it tomorrow.Urbancybermonk 04:02, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
