[edit] NPOV tag

Article reads like it was written by a baseball fan, not an encyclopedia article. Hence NPOV tag. Mglovesfun 23:37, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

It does indeed. Let me see if I can level it out. MikeLHenderson 18:48, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Please look at the page now and see if it isn't a bit more encyclopedia-worthy. MikeLHenderson 19:08, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm doing POV tag cleanup. In this case I'm afraid I have to agree with Mglovesfun. It's a good article for Sports Illustrated, but probably not WP.. Leaving the tag..Jjdon (talk) 20:48, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of content

Following sentence removed: "Roberts' weaknesses include being overly aggressive, such as unwisely attempting to extend a hit or steal third base and running into outs, and being extremely injury-prone." I don't believe these facts are true (or if they are, they need a source). It's hard to call Roberts overly agressive when his on-base percentage over the years has been high and his steal success rate is very high. While it has been said that Roberts is injury prone, such a claim needs to be sourced. He was injuried in 2007, but in previous years, Roberts played in platoons or was just breaking in to the majors, so naturally he wouldn't receive the same number of at bats as an every day player.User:calbear22 19:06, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
