[edit] Forming of Kids in the Hall

I've heard in an interview that Kevin and Dave formed KITH after meeting in a Second City workshop in Toronto. --Twintone 18:02, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Born Dave Scott?

According to the page, Dave Foley was born Dave Scott. OK. To me, this is odd in two ways: The article doesn't mention anything about him having a different last name at birth, or why he changed it. Nothing wrong with the different last names, but it is odd that nothing mentions it. The other thing is that it gives his first name at birth as Dave, rather than David. Again, it is possible and there is nothing wrong with it, but I've never heard of anyone born "Dave" instead of "David." I'm not going to change it or anything, but I would like some confirmation. -Platypus Man | Talk 01:09, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

I've done some "detective work" and fixed this. He was born David (not Dave) Scott Foley; see his imdb biography. This information was originally correctly added added in october 2006, after which the last name was dropped in november and 'David' was changed into 'Dave' in april. [edit] Foley an Atheist?

Does anyone have a citation for Dave Foley being an atheist? There is nothing about it in the article, but he is in the category of Canadian atheists. --Creashin 04:32, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

I found this citation and will add it to the article. --Creashin 04:08, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Foley.jpg

Image:Foley.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
