Davis Miller

Davis Miller is an American author notable for a series of books combining autobiography, a fascination with the life and careers of Muhammad Ali and Bruce Lee, and an innovative approach to writing. His best known works are the non-fiction novel The Tao of Muhammad Ali and the memoir The Tao of Bruce Lee. Miller also writes for numerous periodicals, including Esquire, GQ, Men's Journal, the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Independent on Sunday, Melbourne Age, and many others. His stories have been anthologized in The Beholder's Eye: America's Finest Personal Journalism, The Best American Sports Writing of the Century, The Muhammad Ali Reader, and The Best American Sports Writing, 1994. In addition, Miller has written documentary films for Warner Brothers and for the BBC and has been a writer and presenter of radio documentaries for BBC Radio 4.
