Davide Sinigaglia (born 29 July 1981 in Cassano Magnago) is an Italian football player. He currently plays for Novara.
A youth product of Internazionale, he was jointed owned by Ternana Calcio until 2003. Sinigaglia was then joint owned by Ternana and Lumezzane, before A.C. Arezzo bought him.
He played his first ever Serie B in 11 games, before moived on loan to Atalanta of Serie A as a player to avoid fall back to Serie B. He then loaned by Genoa, to help the club to win promotion to Serie B.
He was call back in January 2006, for a chance to get the ticket of promotion playoff, but failed.
In summer 2006, he was moved to Padova of Serie C1, and one year later for another in the same level, Novara.
