Davide Moscardelli (born February 3, 1980 in Mons, Belgium) is an Italian footballer who plays for A.C. Cesena.

Moscardelli began his career at non league side Maccarese where he scored 65 goals in four seasons as a young player. His 21 goals in the 2000-01 season brought him to the attention of Serie C2 side A.C.D. Guidonia Montecelio who signed him for 100,000 euros.

Moscardelli scored 20 league goals in 27 matches in his only season before Serie C1 side A.C. Sangiovannese 1927 signed him for 250,000 euros. There he scored 19 goals in 30 matches and would again only stay for a single season as his powerful goal exploits earned him a move to Serie C1 promotion hopefuls U.S. Triestina Calcio for 500,000 euros. He stayed their for two seasons, scoring 39 times.

In 2005 he was bought by Serie B newcomers Rimini Calcio F.C. and his excellent goalscoring record has continued. so far he has 35 goals in nearly two seasons. He managed 23 in 2005-06, but so far has managed 12 goals in 20 starts in a season dogged by injury.

Moscardelli is nicknamed "Battigol" for looking like Gabriel Batistuta. He is a big, powerful centre forward and has an impressive record of scoring many goals with his head, though he also has a good right foot, but is best known for his goal poaching, much like Ruud Van Nistelrooy
