David Schofield, born October 15, 1981 in Preston, England, is an English football (soccer) midfielder currently playing for American USL Second Division side Harrisburg City Islanders.

Whilst at Long Island University, Schofield was a three-time all conference pick and also played for England Schoolboys Under-18s.

More recently, he was called-up to play for Great Britain in the Summer of 2005 at the World University Games (2005 Summer Universiade) in Turkey.
