[edit] History
Between 2001 and 2005, David performed with Edinburgh based improvisational comedy troupe The Improverts in their weekly short form improvised sketch show.[2] It was here that he met fellow performers Humphrey Ker and Thom Tuck with whom, in 2006, he co-founded The Penny Dreadfuls. Since then he has appeared in Comedy Shuffle for BBC Three, Channel 4 Comedy Lab Ain't It Funny Being Coloured and as Peter Cook in the BBC's Frankie Howerd: Rather You Than Me.[4]
The Penny Dreadfuls 4 part radio show The Penny Dreadfuls present...The Brothers Faversham was broadcast on BBC 7 in early January 2008. A second series has been commisioned.
