David Moo

David Moo is an American voice actor. He is known for voicing Sanji in the 4kids dub of One Piece, and Xellos in The Slayers: NEXT and The Slayers: TRY. David also loaned his voice in the earlier season of The Slayers before he did voice Xellos. Moo's theme song is Club Tropicana by Wham and he has recently started his own scuba diving company called Sea Cow.
