David Milne is an Australian Rugby League player. He plays for the Canberra Raiders, with a usual position of wing.

David debuted for the Raiders in Round 16 of 2006 against the North Queensland Cowboys. After a further period playing in Premier League David returned to the first grade side in Round 9 of 2007, securing a regular first grade position at wing.
