David Lorenz (*March 15, 1856 (Ogrosen in Brandenburg) - April 5, 1907 (Ogrosen)) was a German painter.

Lorenz has lived in Ogrosen for 32 years, then he moved to Nürnberg and then he moved back to Ogrosen. His very famous picture, the "Bild der Mühle von Ogrosen" is known all over Germany.
Some of his pictures were shown at Haus der Kunst.
