David Jagger (1891, Kilnhurst, near Rotherham, Yorkshire - 1958) was an English painter. He was the son of a colliery manager, and brother to the sculptor Charles Sargeant Jagger MC (1885-1934).

Jagger's most notable work is the painting of Robert Baden-Powell, as presented to Baden-Powell during the 21st Coming of Age World Jamboree on 1929-08-29.

He produced many copies of this portrait. One sits in the Baden-Powell House, another in the office of the Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.

He also produced a painting of Queen Mary, exhibited in the Royal Academy exhibition of 1930.
