David Hampshire (29 December 1917 - 25 August 1990) was a racing driver from England. He was born in Mickleover, Derby, Derbyshire and died in Newton Solney, in South Derbyshire.

He participated in 2 World Championship Formula One Grands Prix, and numerous non-Championship Formula One races, including the 1950 Nottingham Trophy Grand Prix, which he won in a Maserati.
