David G. Trager

David G. Trager (b. 1937, Mount Vernon, New York) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Trager received a B.A. from Columbia University in 1959 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1962. He was nominated to the court by President Bill Clinton on August 6, 1993, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089, confirmed by the Senate on November 20, 1993, and received his commission on November 24, 1993. He assumed senior status on March 1, 2006.
