David G. Kellogg

David G. Kellogg, of Omaha, Nebraska is a graduate of Omaha University (now University of Nebraska at Omaha) with a degree in Business Administration -- Accounting. He was an officer of Kay Dee Co. of Omaha, a maker of custom wood furniture and architectural woodwork from 1958 to 1973. He practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Haskins & Sells in the early 1970's.
Mr. Kellogg was one of the founders of First Omaha Securities, Inc., a pioneering company in the discount brokerage business which later became Ameritrade.
Mr. Kellogg has worked as a software developer and manager in the stock brokerage, auto recycling, and other industries. He is currently managing partner of Kellogg Software and Consulting, LLP, an Omaha software development and consulting firm.
