David Emmanuel Jack

Sir David Emmanuel Jack, GCMG, MBE (born July 16, 1918 in Victoria Village, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and died July 18, 1998) was Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from 1989-96.
