David Cassidy (born 23 May 1985 in Dublin) is an Irish football, currently playing for Dundalk F.C. in the Eircom League of Ireland.
David has represented the Republic of Ireland at various under age levels. He signed for Rovers from Kilkenny City in 2006 and is an ambitious, hard-working midfielder. He used to play for junior clubs Cambridge Boys and Home Farm and has also played in England for Derby County.
In his two seasons at Rovers he scored 10 goals in 74 total appearances.
