Dave Prazak is a pro wrestling manager who works for many independent wrestling promotions in America. He is the founder of the all female wrestling promotion SHIMMER Women Athletes.[1]

Dave Prazak began his career in the professional wrestling industry as a ring announcer in 1996. He also worked as a manager from 1996 until 2002.[1] In 2003, he became a booker for IWA Mid-South.[1] He took his knowledge of booking IWA Mid-South's female division when he later opened SHIMMER Women Athletes.[1]

In 2004, he began to work with Ring of Honor and Full Impact Pro.[1] He later founded SHIMMER Women Athletes, along with Allison Danger because he thought wrestling fans wanted to see female wrestlers do more than strip in the ring.[1]
