David Mulligan (born 24 March 1982) is a New Zealand football player. He plays as a defender for Port Vale.
Mulligan started his club career at Barnsley in 2000 making 65 league appearances for the club.[1] He was released by Barnsley in October 2003,[2] and joined Doncaster Rovers five months later in February 2004,[3] where he made 77 appearances for the club. In June 2006, Mulligan signed for Championship side Scunthorpe United.[4] He joined Grimsby Town on a one-month loan in November 2007,[5] and then joined Port Vale on a free transfer in January 2008.[6]

He plays for the New Zealand national soccer team, the All Whites and has represented New Zealand national soccer team at Under 17's level, under 20's level and at under 23's level.
