- You are certainly welcome to send messages on a user's talk page, that's what they're for. However, please refrain from calling users "morons", threatening to have admins ban them (if they really are behaving in a way which may get them banned, please warn them civilly), and so on. Insulting other users, on their talk page or anywhere else, is indeed a form of vandalism and uncivil behavior. Seraphimblade 09:12, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

- Per your explanation, I'll remove the last warning. You may wish to refrain from using others' user pages to insult them, though-even if the user page's owner knows you and is fine with that, user pages are visible to the public, and that may well lead to similar misunderstandings in the future. Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
