The copyright holder should be ABC/KGO 7 in San Francisco, CA. The image will be used for the article titled "Carlos Xuma". The image should be allowed for usage in the mentioned article for it is to be used to identify Carlos Xuma as the subject and lends credibility to his work in his field.
