Datasharp was founded by Paul MacIntosh in the early 1980s supplying, installing and servicing copier equipment and consumables. The company very quickly expanded into the telecommunications market, forging a strong trading relationship with Siemens Communications.
The Datasharp Group today has more than 50 offices covering the whole of the UK. There are over 30,000 customers using Datasharp supplied equipment for their everyday voice communication.
Datasharp are one of the largest Siemens HiPath dealers in the UK - with an estimated 200,000 people using Siemens phones supplied by Datasharp.
