The IP address is not reported to be an open proxy, so I have unblocked it. I hope you find yourself able to edit again. (edit conflicted: thanks for providing your IP, although it was too late to help me, and another side note - you have a dynamic IP address, so your IP address will change each time you connect to the internet. It is likely that you just recieved a blocked IP, so there is nothing to worry about :-) )
