[edit] Andrew H. Van de Ven

You probably want to call the page Andrew H. Van de Ven instead of Https://netfiles.umn.edu/users/avandeve/www/AHVHOME.htm, and try to write an original article instead of cutting and pasting Van de Ven's biography from his web page.
