[edit] PoV

This article strikes me as heavily PoV, and provides little evidence to support some of the assertions made (heavily moderated forums, majority of players coming from another game, etc.). -FeralDruid 07:34, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Settlers of Ganareth"

I deleted the Paragraph "Dark and Light was the long awaited sequel to the mmorpg title "Settlers of Garaneth"." because it's wrong - it's even spelled wrong.

"Settlers of Ganareth" wasn't an MMORPG instead it was more of a simple tech-demo of what to expect from Dark and Light, which was released because the 'fans' had waited so long for the game Dark and Light. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.13.151.190 (talk) 00:11, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

I dispute it as well. As someone who played this game, I am aware that SoG was the "beta test" for DnL, not a separate game. I put "beta test" in quotes, because the game is still beta quality to this day, and the test served no real purpose in retrospect. Given how long they have been working on the game -- even taking into account the freeze on development due to the current lawsuit -- it is still riddled with an embarrassing number of very deep bugs. DnL isn't a sequel to anything. --75.63.48.18 (talk) 04:51, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
