[edit] Something wrong with the dates

As a footballer, he played for Sutton United, playing in the FA Cup tie against Leeds United in 1970, and Tooting & Mitcham United before moving to Loughborough University to train as a teacher of physical education between 1960 and 1963.

The dates here contradict each other. I don't know exact dates, but he trained as a PE teacher first, then played for Sutton. He was my PE teacher at Glyn Grammar School in Epsom, just a few miles from Sutton, around 1965 or so. Colonies Chris 10:47, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

I presume he trained as a teacher before playing for Sutton, etc. 1960-63 would be about the right dates as he'd have been about 19 when starting the course, and it would tie in with teaching you about '65. I suppose the error is in saying "before moving to Loughborough University..." (which wasn't a full-fledged university at that time, anyway). I'll rearrange that section. -- Arwel (talk) 11:16, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Current status

Apologies, I might have dived into editing the page a bit hastily, however it is still factually incorrect to say that Dario is no longer manager. This is referenced on both BBC sport (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/crewe_alexandra/6273042.stm) and was confirmed by the chairman on BBC Radio Stoke.

[edit] Managerial Stats

Is there really any need for two entries for Crewe, as he was still manager of Crewe while he was having surgery? Would it be better to have

I agree, Neil Baker was only the acting manager. -- Arwel (talk) 21:10, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
