Darren Tighe is an English actor and comedian, starring in BBC sitcoms Thieves Like Us, The Visit and Ideal.

He features in and one episode of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, in the BBC Drama The Invisibles, and has also appeared in film Go Now, Jude, High Heels and Low Lifes and 24 Hour Party People.

Darren is from Preston, Lancashire, England. His initial acting training was with Preston drama teacher Pete Hartley. He then studied at Preston College under Nigel Dottridge before progressing to Drama School. His early influences include the Monocled Mutineer.
