The Darjah Utama Temasek (Order of Temasek) is Singapore's second most important national honour and was instituted in 1962.
There are 3 grades of the Order of Temasek:

- the Badge is to be worn on the right hip from a sash passing over the left shoulder and under the right arm, and the Star is to be worn on the left side of the outer garment
- the Second Class, consisting of the Badge and the Star of the Order
- the Badge is to be worn suspended round the neck from a ribbon, and the Star is to be worn on the left side of the outer garment
- the Third Class, consisting of the Badge of the Order
- the Badge is to be worn suspended round the neck from a ribbon.
Ordinarily, only Singapore citizens could be admitted to the Order, but in special circumstances non-Singapore citizens may also be admitted in an honorary capacity. The Order is conferred by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister.
Recipients of the Order are entitled to place the post nominals DUT(x) after their names, with (x) being the grade of the Order awarded.
