Darío Leonardo Conca or simply Darío Conca (born May 11, 1983 in General Pacheco, is an Argentinian Midfielder. He currently plays for Fluminense.

Conca started his career in Argentina's 2nd Division, (Primera B Nacional), and made his debut for Club Atlético Tigre at the age of just 15 years old. River Plate took him just a year later and Conca made the steady rise to River's 1st team. On the 23rd November 2003 under then Chilean manager Manuel Pellegrini who currently manages Villarreal, Conca made his debut. It was a 0-1 defeat to Chacarita Juniors.

However in 2004 Conca was loaned to Chilean club Universidad Católica by new River manager Leonardo Astrada and there won his first, and so far only title in 2005. In 2006 River loaned him out again, this time to Rosario Central where after some impressive displays, Vasco made a successful bid to bring him to Brazil on January 5th 2007, signing an initial 1 year loan deal from River Plate. Made Vasco debut and scored in friendly 4-0 win over Villa Rio on the 14th January 2007.

However Vasco have decided not to extend his loan deal for the 2008 season and their are plenty of interested parties including Botafogo, Palmeiras and São Paulo but most notably Fluminense
