Request reason: "I am sorry for the trouble I have caused, I would like to be unblocked because I would like to make constructive edits to wikipedia, and help people learn with your website. I apoligize for the trouble I have caused and hope that I can be unblocked. I am past the foolish stage of trying to get a giggle out of making unconstructive edits to wikipedia, I don't know what I was thinking. I now realize the cosequences of doing bad things. I will not do anything to hurt your website anymore, again, I am sorry"

Decline reason: "This request for unblocking has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia.
