[edit] Rio Ferdinand
Thank you for your attempt at a constructive edit over at Manchester United F.C. However, although Rio Ferdinand is often the player chosen as the team captain when Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs are not available, he is not one of the club vice-captains. Officially, Gary Neville is the club captain and Ryan Giggs is his vice-captain. No other positions have been determined, so to say that Rio is a vice-captain is original research. I hope this is clear enough for you. Thanks. – PeeJay 13:45, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
- Please stop modifying squad listings. You have no evidence that any of the transfers you have made are reality. Continuing to do so will result your account being blocked. The Rambling Man (talk) 16:54, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removing "F.C." from article titles
Please do not remove the F.C. from article titles. These are in the titles per longstanding convention that would need a large consensus to overturn. Please discuss large changes such as these before making them. I have reverted the Birmingham City move. Any further moves without consensu would be grounds for blocking.
